Baker

As a Baker at Crumbl Cookies, you will assist in baking, decorating, and serving delicious cookies to our customers, ensuring a warm and friendly environment. You’ll uphold quality standards, provide excellent customer service, and keep the bakery clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities:

• Learn how to mix dough, bake cookies and follow Crumbl’s recipes and standards.
• Decorate and package cookies with care and attention to detail.
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Stock ingredients and other supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous baking or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights and weekends is a must.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
