We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bread Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, with the ability to follow recipes, and meet our high standards for quality, and self-accountability. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our operation, ensuring that all products are made fresh daily and presented beautifully for our customers.

Duties

• Prepare and bake sourdough breads.
• Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in quality and presentation.
• Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are adhered to during food preparation.
• Assist with special orders by preparing items as requested while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers regarding their orders and preferences.
• Assist with deliveries using company vehicle.

Skills

• Proficient in baking techniques and methods with a solid understanding of food production processes.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in a bakery or kitchen.
• Strong food handling skills to ensure safe preparation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with customers.
• Basic software and computer skills.
• A passion for both learning and teaching.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
