We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated baker to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment, can work independently, and takes pride in getting the job done correctly and efficiently.

Tuesday–Saturday
4:00 AM–12:00 PM

You must be available and able to consistently work the 4:00 AM–12:00 PM shift. Please only apply if you can reliably work these hours.

What We're Looking For

The right candidate will:

• Have at least 1 year of COMMERCIAL BAKING experience
• Have a food safety background and understand safe food-handling practices
• Be reliable and dependable
• Be an early riser and comfortable starting work at 4:00 AM
• Have a strong sense of urgency and understand that timing is critical in a bakery
• Be able to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
• Be motivated and eager to learn
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Have a positive, professional attitude
• Be able to read and perform basic math
• Take direction and follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Be comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Remain on your feet for an 8-hour shift
• Repeatedly scoop, portion, mix, shape, and handle baked goods
• Bend, squat, reach, turn, and twist throughout the shift
• Work at a steady pace for extended periods
• Safely handle bakery equipment and ingredients

Pay

$17–$25 per hour, based heavily on experience and qualifications.

Commercial baking experience, food safety knowledge, efficiency, independence, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment will all be considered when determining starting pay.
