What they need
Position: Baker-Baker Commis II
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily preparation and baking of Bread and pastries.
- Ensure all products are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Monitor and track the inventory level of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain proper storage of products in the chillers and freezers.
- Assist in picking, packing and labelling of products.
- Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess passion for baking, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- A team player and willing to learn and adapt.
