Baker-Customer Service Teammate

This is a fantastic well-rounded opportunity for students and anyone seeking part-time, flexible work for extra income.

We have two shifts....(6 AM - Noon) and (Noon - 6 pm). This would be a part time position of 2-3 shifts per week.

Responsibilities:

We hire staff to be well-rounded in all areas of store operations:

• Mixing & Twisting fresh dough pretzels.
• Preparing and baking a variety of pretzel products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Providing efficient and friendly customer service

Requirements:

• Good hygiene & appearance
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for work shift
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Integrity and honesty in all job-related tasks.
• Strong desire to ensure a great customer experience.
• Previous experience in cooking or baking is preferred but not required; hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.
• A willingness to bring joy and enthusiasm to the patient experience.
