Baker + Decorator

About the Role

This is a hands-on baking and decorating position where attention to detail matters just as much as speed. Every cupcake leaving our kitchen represents our brand, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Bake cupcakes, cookies, cakes, and other specialty desserts
• Decorate cupcakes and specialty items with consistency and attention to detail
• Follow recipes precisely while maintaining high quality standards
• Prepare frostings, fillings, batters, and other ingredients
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen
• Assist with custom orders and seasonal production
• Work efficiently during busy holiday and weekend production
• Help maintain inventory and communicate product needs
• Collaborate with teammates to keep production running smoothly
• Assist front end staff with customers when needed

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe Manager certification
• Must be available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
• Additional shifts may be available
• Must have a positive attitude and genuine love of baking!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
