Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix doughs according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in texture and flavor.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers and ovens
• Assist in the preparation of baked goods such as sourdough bread, pastries, and specialty items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all products are prepared in a hygienic environment.
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing.
• Collaborate with team members on food preparation tasks and uphold excellent customer service when interacting with staff or customers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in baking, food preparation, or kitchen environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy ingredients or equipment, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service.
