As a Baker & FOH Employee, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy both delicious baked goods and a welcoming experience. This unique position combines hands-on baking responsibilities with front-of-house duties, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills in both areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Baking & Prep Work: Use your baking or prep experience to craft our delicious offerings. Early Saturday mornings (3am start) are part of the job, so reliability is key!
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
• Multitasking: Balance baking, prep, and front-of-house duties with ease, ensuring all aspects of the job are handled efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of baking or prep experience is required.
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
• Reliability: Must be available for early Saturday morning shifts (3am start).
• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about creating a great experience for our customers.
