Baker / Full Time

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Baker to join our team and assist with daily operations. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing baked goods, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for baking and food industry experience, with a focus on delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting bakery items
• Prepare, package, and display baked goods
• Decorate cookies and cakes with artistic designs using decorating skills
• Handle food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and assembling baked goods
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area in compliance with food safety standards
• Restock shelves and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Provide knowledgeable customer service regarding bakery products and ingredients
• Support catering events or special orders when required

Requirements

• 7 day Open Availability
• Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or food preparation is preferred
• Skills in cake decorating, packaging, and food presentation are highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, ovens, and other baking tools
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Culinary or restaurant experience is necessary
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
• Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn new culinary skills

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
