Baker (The Commodore's Table)
· Prepares and bake breads like croissant, sourdough and other artisan bread
· Prepares assorted bread selection for events and functions
· Monitor products for consistency in appearance, size, taste and texture across production runs
· Safely manage commercial mixers, dough dividers, rational oven and other baking equipment
· Knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation
· Track inventory ingredients level, monitor shelf life and restock orders
