About the role
We are looking for a passionate Baker / Bakery Chef to join our new bakery team in Mount Austin.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and produce breads, pastries and other bakery products
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Assist with daily baking and kitchen operations
- Maintain food hygiene and a organised workstation
- Contribute ideas for new products and menu improvements
About you
- 1–2 years of baking experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients compulsory
- Passionate, responsible and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
