Baker (Putra Heights)

Responsibilities

• Provide relief support for selected outlets when required and be flexible to work at any designated outlet within the assigned area.
• Prepare high-quality baked goods to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with the company's cost control and production policies.
• Oversee daily production and maintain accurate records to support production planning and efficiency.
• Inspect the quality of raw materials and ensure all baking equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality, consistency, and presentation standards while maintaining compliance with approved cost budgets and operational guidelines.
• Assist the bakery team in complying with Halal requirements, procedures, and standards.
• Develop, test, and improve recipes when introducing new products or enhancing existing products.
• Be available on call to handle urgent operational issues or emergencies when required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement

• Malaysian citizens only. Full-time, permanent position.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the bakery industry.
• Salary package will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
