Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Baker to prepare high-quality baked products while maintaining consistent taste, appearance, and quality. The successful candidate should have strong practical baking skills and be able to work efficiently in a professional food preparation environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to established recipes and standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, creams, and other baking components.
• Monitor baking temperatures and timing to ensure consistent results.
• Decorate and finish baked products where required.
• Maintain consistent quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Keep the baking area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized.
• Store ingredients properly and monitor stock levels.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Minimize ingredient waste while maintaining product quality.
• Complete assigned baking tasks within required timelines.
• Report equipment or ingredient issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

• Practical baking skills and demonstrated ability to produce quality baked products.
• Previous professional baking experience is an advantage.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent results.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safe food-handling practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Willingness to learn and follow workplace procedures.
