At cøpenhagen BALI, baking is built on craftsmanship, consistency, and respect for the process. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team in Seseh.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, shape, and presentation.
• Follow production schedules, recipes, SOPs, and food safety standards.
• Monitor fermentation, proofing, baking temperatures, and overall product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area.
• Minimise waste and handle ingredients responsibly.
• Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth daily production.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker in a bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Good understanding of baking techniques, fermentation, proofing, and dough handling.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work early shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be based in Seseh, Bali.
