Baker/Cake Decorator

About the role

We are looking for passionate bakers to join our team at Premium Bakery 27°C' in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing a variety of fresh, high-quality baked goods for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Mixing, kneading and shaping bread dough according to recipes
• Operating baking equipment to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
• Decorating and finishing baked items such as cakes, pastries and tarts
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to meet food safety standards
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of ingredients
• Collaborating with the broader bakery team to meet production targets

What we're looking for

• 3~5 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef, preferably in a commercial bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Good time management and organisational skills to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistent high-quality baked goods
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for baking and creating delicious, visually appealing baked products
