Must be available for either morning or night shifts.
Requirements
- Prepare and execute pastry orders for daily operations, catered events, and special.
- Bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, and confections.
- Design and create visually appealing pastries.
- Introduce innovative and seasonal items to the menu.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff in the pastry section to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain specialised equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and work schedules for the pastry section.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the pastry section.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
