Bakers and Pastry Chefs

We are looking for one experienced Baker and one experienced Pastry Chef. These are two separate positions, and applicants only need experience in the position they are applying for.

Schedule

• Five days per week, with eight working hours per day.
• Baker: Start time is 5:00 AM.
• Pastry Chef: Start time is 7:00 AM.
• Each shift includes a one-hour unpaid meal break in addition to the eight working hours.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in bread baking for the Baker position or pastry making for the Pastry Chef position is required.
• Fluency in Spanish is required, as Spanish is the primary language used in our workplace.

Pay Increases

• Baker: A $1-per-hour raise after the first three months of employment.
• Pastry Chef: A $1-per-hour raise after the first six months of employment.
• After the first raise, both positions receive an additional $1-per-hour raise every year, measured from the date of the previous raise.
