Bakers Assistant at Nutre Meal Plans

Nutre Meal Plans is seeking a Bakers Assistant to support our scratch kitchen by helping prepare baked goods and desserts made from scratch. If you enjoy hands-on kitchen work, take pride in quality, and want to learn and grow in a fast-paced food environment, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with baking baked goods and desserts from scratch according to recipes and production schedules
• Help prepare ingredients, measure, mix, and portion items to support consistent results
• Support dough and batter prep, baking, cooling, and packaging processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation standards
• Label and store ingredients properly and help with inventory restocking as needed
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily prep and quality goals

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food preparation role is required
• Comfort with following recipes and learning production methods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety
• Ability to work on your feet and handle hands-on tasks in a busy kitchen
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed

Schedule: Full-time
