• Bake and prep cakes, pastries, cookies, and breads using standard or modern recipes.
• Decorate and style items using icing, fondants, and toppings for visual appeal.
• Design new seasonal menus and creative custom occasion cakes.
• Monitor baking inventory, track stock levels, and order raw supplies within budget.
• Maintain clean work stations and obey health and food safety regulations.
• Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff and baking assistants.
