Fergbaker is hiring now for a Bakery Assistant to join the team.

About: Based in beautiful Queenstown where fun and adventure exists all year round, Fergburger started as a hole in a wall down a hard to find alley in 2001. About the Role:

Entry level role assisting in the preparation of bakery food items for Fergbaker including sandwiches and breakfast items.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the preparation and production of bakery items by following established recipes and procedures.
• Consistently monitoring stock levels to ensure availability and minimize waste.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work areas as needed.
• Upholding Health and Safety policies and food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Able to work full time on a rotating roster 40-45 hours per week (minimum 30 hours contract)
• Available for early morning shifts from 4am
• Friendly and a can do attitude
• Being able to work in a fast paced, team environment
• 6 months minimum relevant experience
