Bakery Assistant

Job Summary

Are you passionate about great food and looking for a rewarding role with a true work-life balance? We are a dedicated independent bakery looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Bakery Assistant to join our small team.

The position involves handling basic kitchen and pastry prep jobs, following simple recipes, keeping the production space clean, washing equipment and cleaning machinery, as well as serving customers at the bakery counter.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for :

• Helping with basic kitchen and pastry prep (prepping fruits, veg, cheese...)
• Weighing and measuring recipes to assist bakers
• Helping with shaping croissants and other pastries
• Keeping the bakery production space clean and tidy, and washing small equipment
• Serving customers at the bakery counter, answering their questions and advising them about the products
