What they need
Bakery Assistant
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Bakery Assistant to join our team. You’ll help with daily production and customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume bakery, and you’ll build your baking skills along the way.
Responsibilities
- Prepare baked goods (doughs, pastries, cake decorating) following our recipes and standards
- Safely operate mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and other equipment
- Measure ingredients accurately and package items for sale or catering
- Keep a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety and sanitation rules
- Help customers with questions and make sure they leave happy
What we’re looking for
- Bakery, culinary, or food production experience is a plus but not required; we’ll train you
- Familiarity with dough, pastry, or cake decorating
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Basic math skills and knowledge of food safety
- Strong communication and teamwork
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
