Bakery Associate

POSITION SUMMARY
The Bakery Associate assists in preparing baked goods, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing

excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride

in presentation, and thrives in a team setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Prepare, package, and label baked goods according to recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all baking areas and equipment

Stock displays and rotate products to ensure freshness

Take custom orders and answer customer questions with a friendly attitude

Assist with inventory checks and restocking ingredients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

Previous bakery, kitchen, or food service experience preferred but not required

Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
