Bakery Associate - Full Time

The Full Time schedule is M-F 8am - 4pm.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Tradition: Craft scratch-made breads, cookies, pies, and sweet treats with care, strictly adhering to recipe standards to deliver old-fashioned goodness.
• Safety & Standards: Safely operate commercial kitchen tools and maintain a spotless workspace, following food safety regulations to protect our customers and team.
• Product Presentation: Package and display items with attention to detail, ensuring every product reflects the high standards our community expects.
• Hometown Hospitality: Deliver warm, friendly service that reflects our core values, offering product recommendations and assisting guests with genuine care.
• Team Collaboration: Support daily operations by measuring ingredients, portioning dough, and scaling recipes to maintain efficiency and freshness.

Qualifications

• Strong dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and simple, honest market values.
• Experience in baking, commercial food prep, or grocery kitchen operations preferred.
• Solid skills in dough preparation, hand-shaping, and safe knife work.
• Knowledge of health, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• A warm, customer-focused attitude committed to serving our local community.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy market environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
