Bakery Baker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of artisan breads, Danish pastries, and other baked products.
• Perform dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and finishing according to company standards.
• Ensure consistent product quality while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper care of baking equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bakery baker.
• Strong knowledge of artisan bread, sourdough, Danish pastries, and other bakery products.
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to producing high-quality products.
• Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
• A good team player with a positive working attitude.
