Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily retail shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
* Supervise staff, manage work schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies.
* Monitor sales performance, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, cash handling, and daily operational reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations or store management.
Market Competitive
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
