What they need
New Menu Preparing, Production Costing, Teamwork, Team Co-ordination, Management Co-ordination, Reporting to Head Chef,
Responsibilities: Ensuring quality of pastries, cakes, and bread; managing station inventory; maintaining safety standards.
Production & Quality: Preparing, baking, and decorating breads, cakes, and desserts to hotel/restaurant standards.
Supervision: Mentoring and supervising junior chefs (Commis) or Demi Chef de Parties.
Leadership abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills may help you lead and manage a team of junior chefs and collaborate with other kitchen staff, sous chefs and executive chefs.
Minimum Experience: 5Y
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
