Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bakery Chef to manage the day-to-day bakery operations and ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of bakery products, including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked items.
• Develop and introduce new bakery products and recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation.
• Manage daily bakery production according to business requirements.
• Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate the availability of raw materials.
• Control food costs and minimize wastage.
• Train and supervise bakery staff and kitchen assistants.
• Maintain proper production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Ensure all bakery equipment is used and maintained properly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery section.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of professional bakery experience.
• Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques and ingredients.
• Experience in breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage a bakery team and handle production independently.
• Creative approach toward new products and presentations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, caf s, resorts, or professional bakeries will be preferred.
