Qasr Baghdad Restaurant – Business Bay, Dubai is looking for an experienced Iraqi / Pakistani Bread Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
- Experience preparing Iraqi and Pakistani traditional breads
- Skilled in Samoon, Naan, Tandoori Roti, Chapati, Paratha, and similar breads
- Experienced with dough preparation, shaping, proofing, and baking
- Good knowledge of tandoor and traditional ovens
- Able to maintain quality, taste, texture, and presentation
- Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant kitchen
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Salary: Negotiable
