Bakery Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bakery Chef to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in bakery production, cake preparation, pastries, desserts, and bakery operations while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, desserts, and other bakery products.
• Handle cake decoration, finishing, and presentation as per company standards.
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and portion control.
• Plan and execute daily bakery production according to business requirements.
• Monitor ingredient usage, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and proper food storage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery production area.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
• Maintain bakery equipment and ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of bakery production, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Knowledge of cake decoration and finishing techniques.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
• Ability to manage production timelines and work effectively in a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
