Job Title: Bakery Commi – Yeldam Kitchen

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Bakery Commi to prepare breads, cookies, biscuits, crackers, pastries, and other bakery products while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bakery and pastry products as per standard recipes.
• Handle ingredient measurement, mixing, dough preparation, baking, and finishing.
• Maintain product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workstations.
• Minimize ingredient wastage and meet daily production schedules.

Qualifications:

• ITI, Diploma, or certification in Bakery, Pastry, or Culinary Arts preferred.
• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in bakery production.
• Knowledge of breads, cookies, biscuits, pastries, and baking techniques.
• Experience with healthy, whole wheat, millet-based, or eggless products is an added advantage.
• Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
