Bakery Counter Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our bakery team! This position is customer-facing and includes serving pastries, preparing coffee drinks, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with daily bakery operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Serve pastries, breads, and other baked goods
• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Keep display cases stocked and organized
• Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and workstations
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support the bakery team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items
• Previous bakery, café, restaurant, or barista experience is a plus, but not required

Hourly + Tips!

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
