Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the bakery counter
• Prepare and assemble baked goods, or other food items according to established standards
• Operate cash register
• Manage food handling responsibilities with strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Upsell bakery products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace including counters, display cases.
• Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and cash handling duties
• Restock bakery items regularly to ensure fresh products are available for customers.
• Support overall food service operations by managing customer orders promptly and professionally

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or a fast-paced retail environment is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in quick service or fast food settings
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in a bakery, café, or restaurant environment is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
