Bakery Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility Associate

The role

A clean, organized kitchen helps our bakers do their best work. You will keep baking trays, tools, and work areas ready for use and help the production team with practical tasks throughout the day. This hands-on role suits someone who is reliable, attentive, and comfortable working in a busy bakery kitchen.

What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, dry, and organize baking trays, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep dishwashing and production areas clean and orderly, including counters, sinks, floors, and waste areas.
• Return clean equipment to its proper place and help keep supplies stocked.
• Assist the baking team with basic setup and other kitchen support tasks after training.
• Follow food safety procedures and work with the team to keep daily production running smoothly.

What we're looking for

• Dependable attendance, attention to cleanliness, and a willingness to help the team.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with kitchen coworkers.
• Bakery, restaurant kitchen, or dishwashing experience is helpful, but we can train the right person.
• Bilingual communication in English and Mandarin is a plus, but is not required.

Schedule and pay

Part-time and full-time applicants are welcome. Part-time availability is especially helpful as we establish our production schedule. Pay is $20 per hour. This is an on-site position at 18253 Colima Rd, Suite 103, Rowland Heights, CA 91748.

工作内容

• 清洗、消毒、晾干并归位烤盘、模具、器具及其他后厨设备。
• 保持清洗区和生产区整洁，包括台面、水槽、地面及垃圾处理区域。
• 整理干净器具，补充常用物料。
• 经培训后，协助烘焙团队完成基础准备和其他后厨辅助工作。
• 遵守食品安全要求，配合团队完成每日工作。

• 能理解工作指示，并与后厨同事清楚沟通。
• 有烘焙店、餐饮后厨或洗碗清洁经验更好；没有相关经验但愿意学习也欢迎申请。
• 会中英文双语更佳，但不是硬性要求。

排班与薪资

欢迎兼职或全职申请。开业初期尤其需要合适的兼职排班，具体工作时间会根据生产安排沟通。时薪 $20。工作地点：18253 Colima Rd, Suite 103, Rowland Heights, CA 91748。
