Bakery Helper – Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Bakery Helper to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to assist with all aspects of daily bakery production.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager with daily bakery operations and production
• Prepare and make dough according to recipes and production needs
• Operate ovens and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with baking and preparation of bakery products
• Pack, label, and organize finished baked goods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help ensure products meet quality and presentation standards
• Work efficiently as part of the bakery team
• Perform other bakery-related duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bakery experience
• Open availability and flexibility with scheduling
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to quality and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to learn and get the job done
