Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of restaurant kitchen experience
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Teamwork - ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while managing time effectively.
• Ensuring high-quality, precise, and consistent final products.
• Preparing fillings, baking, cutting, and assembling pastries to meet daily or special-order demands.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Food safety knowledge.
• Cleaning workstations and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed in the bakery environment.
