Position: Bakery Mixing Operator
Location: Poughkeepsie, New York area
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of Bakery experience
- Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, SQF, and AIB
Basic Job Duties
- Ensure consistent food production according to the company’s recipes and standards.
- Mixing batches for breads, cakes, and cookies according to recipes.
- Understanding Baking Science of Time, Temperature, and Humidity.
- Ensure Quality, Food Safety, Production Efficiencies, minimal Waste
- Must be able to Lift 50 pound bags of flour and sugar.
Compensation Hourly
Salary Range $25 - $30
