Bakery Opening Team Member / Assistant Manager

NEW BAKERY

HELP US GET IT OFF THE GROUND!

We’re opening a brand new bakery and looking for an all around team member to join us from the beginning.

This isn’t just a “show up for your shift” job. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build the bakery from the ground up and grow with the business.

You may be involved in a little bit of everything:

Baking & food preparation

Decorating and preparing products

Setting up the bakery before opening

Inventory, ordering & organization

Customer service & front counter

Cleaning and keeping everything running smoothly

Helping establish day to day systems and routines

Bringing ideas to the table and helping us grow

We’re looking for someone who is: Reliable and hardworking

• Hands on and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Friendly and comfortable working with customers
• Organized and able to take initiative
• Passionate about food and hospitality
• Excited about being part of something new
• Experienced in baking, food service, management, or small business preferred, but the right attitude matters most

Because we’re a new business, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility as we grow. If you’re someone who wants to have a real role in building something, not just working a job, we’d love to meet you.

Come help us turn an empty space into a bakery people love.

Pay: $16.00 - $32.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
