Bakery Operations Lead

The BAKERY OPERATIONS LEAD is someone who:

Specific responsibilities:
Operate the walk in rotating rack oven
Bake fresh cookies throughout the day
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
Assemble cookie orders in our retail boxes
Scoop our cookie dough
Prepare sheet trays with cookie scoops to be baked on racks
Ring up customers and provide excellent customer service

General Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  -Manage daily staff and assign roles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  -Managing kitchen, delegating cleaning tasks

Qualifications

• PriorManagement experience
• Proven experience in retail sales and management within a bakery or food service environment
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities
• Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers
• Effective organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
