Join our team as a Bakery Operations Manager, you will be the main point person for routine operational issues and help create a positive, organized experience for customers and employees.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors, taking orders, and ensuring smooth operations including; customer communication, custom orders, front-of-house staffing, supplies, and daily customer service.

Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back, and maintain a happy staff environment

• Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks and food handling as needed to ensure timely service

Skills

• Previous experience in a bakery is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Experience in serving or cashiering roles within the food industry or retail settings is a plus

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
