Bakery Oven Baker

We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our bakery kitchen. We are looking for people who are responsible, punctual, and interested in a long-term position.

1.Starting Pay: $14/hour

Work Schedule: Approximately 4–5 days per week (may vary depending on the kitchen schedule)

2.Start Time: 6:00 AM

Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends as needed.

♦Oven Baker

• Bake breads and pastries using commercial bakery ovens
• Monitor baking time, temperature, and product quality
• Prepare products before and after baking
• Assist with general bakery production
• Keep the oven and work area clean and organized

No experience is required. Training will be provided, so beginners are welcome to apply. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, works hard, and is interested in staying with us long-term.

3.Work Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – around 1:00 PM
• Friday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – around 1:30–2:00 PM

Finish times are approximate and may vary depending on the daily production schedule and workload.

4.Schedule & Requirements

• Must be able to consistently arrive on time for the 6:00 AM shift
• Weekend availability is important since weekends are our busiest days
• Depending on staffing and the kitchen schedule, team members may rotate and have some weekend days off
• Employees will generally be scheduled 4–5 days per week, depending on staffing and the kitchen schedule
• Days off are not fixed and may change from week to week
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to work well with a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery environment
• Looking for stable, long-term employment
