Bakery Production Manager

The Bakery Production Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of bakery production to ensure efficient operations, high-quality products, and safe working conditions. This role requires strong leadership and a thorough understanding of bakery processes to manage schedules, supervise staff, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand and deadlines
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure consistent product quality through rigorous quality control measures
• Supervise and support bakery staff to optimize productivity
• Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of bakery equipment
• Enforce health and safety standards in accordance with regulations
• Manage production costs and optimize resource utilization
• Conduct staff training to improve skills and maintain standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in bakery production
• English language proficiency is required

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week

Work Location: In person
