Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic Part-Time Bakery Production Team Member to join our growing bakery team.

This hands-on position focuses on preparing and baking fresh breads, pastries, pies, and other delicious creations from Sara’s Bakehouse. You'll help ensure our bakery cases are filled each morning with beautiful, fresh, high-quality products that keep customers coming back.

Whether you're an experienced baker or someone with a passion for baking who wants to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Prepare, bake, and finish fresh breads, pastries, pies, and other bakery specialties.
• Follow established recipes and production standards to ensure consistent quality.
• Help fill and merchandise our bakery cases with fresh, visually appealing products.
• Assist with daily production planning and preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery workspace.
• Properly rotate, label, and store ingredients and finished products.
• Work closely with our bakery and kitchen teams to meet daily production needs.
• Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and pride to everything you make!

Who We're Looking For

• A reliable, positive person who enjoys working as part of a team.
• Someone who loves baking and takes pride in producing quality food.
• An organized, detail-oriented individual who can follow recipes and manage multiple tasks.
• Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts and some weekends.
• Previous bakery, kitchen, or food production experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!

Physical Requirements

This position involves standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, handling baking equipment and ingredients, and working in a commercial kitchen environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 28.0 per week
