Job Description

Culinary Adventures, Inc. is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bakery Route & Outlet Support Staff to assist with the delivery and distribution of bakery products, management of product returns, and daily operations of designated bakery outlets. The successful candidate will help ensure accurate deliveries, proper product handling, and efficient outlet operations while maintaining food safety and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, sort, count, and pack bakery products for delivery to designated outlets and banquet functions.
• Deliver bakery products to assigned locations, including Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club, SM Sto. Tomas, and Tagaytay branches.
• Verify delivery quantities and ensure the accuracy of Transfer Out Forms and other required documents.
• Receive and account for returned bakery products and endorse them to the Pastry Department for proper inspection and recording.
• Report delivery discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, and other irregularities to the immediate supervisor.
• Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store delivery crates and assigned equipment.
• Assist in displaying, arranging, replenishing, and selling bakery products at designated outlets.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist customers with product inquiries.
• Support the Bakery and Pastry teams with product transfers, special orders, and other operational requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in bakery operations, food retail, delivery, merchandising, or customer service.
• Knowledge of basic food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying bakery products and delivery crates.
• Detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willing to travel to designated company outlets and banquet venues as required.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
