Bakery Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations when required.
• Handle cashier duties, including cash and electronic payments.
• Display, arrange, and replenish bakery products neatly.
• Pack and serve bakery products according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, counter, and dining area.
• Check product freshness, quality, and expiry dates.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing stock.
• Support daily opening and closing duties.
• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• F&B, bakery, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
