Bakery Supervisor

We’re looking for a Café & Bakery Supervisor to join our small, friendly team and help bring our daytime café and bakery to life.

We’re a restaurant centred around local, seasonal ingredients, with a daytime bakery inspired by Nordic and Italian baking. We make our own bread, pastries, cakes and focaccia, alongside good coffee and simple, seasonal food.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organised, energetic and enjoys working with people. You’ll help run the daytime service, look after our customers, support the team and keep everything running smoothly.

The role

• Supervise the café and bakery team
• Run a smooth and welcoming daytime service
• Look after customers and create a lovely atmosphere
• Keep on top of stock, displays, prep and cleanliness
• Work closely with our bakers and chefs
• Help develop the café and share your own ideas
• Champion our local suppliers and seasonal produce

You’ll ideally have hospitality, café or bakery experience and be confident taking responsibility during a busy service. Most importantly, you’ll be curious, positive, organised and keen to learn.

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
