Are you passionate about baking, great customer service and leading a team? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bakery Team Leader to join our team!

About the Role

As Bakery Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day running of the bakery, lead and motivate colleagues, and ensure our customers receive high-quality products and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the bakery team.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure production runs smoothly.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness and presentation.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards are followed.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and support stock rotation.
• Ensure products are prepared, baked and displayed on time.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally.
• Train and develop team members while promoting a positive working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bakery, food production or retail experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and a hands-on approach.
• A commitment to quality, cleanliness and food safety.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings and weekends where required.
