Duties

• Assist in preparing baked goods, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and assembling products according to established recipes and standards
• Operate. Bakery oven. And machInes
• Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper sanitation practices and handling procedures at all time
• Manage the presentation of baked items on display, ensuring freshness and visual appeal
• Support with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshnes
• Manage time effectively to ensure all duties are completed promptly during busy periods

Experience

• Previous bakery experience 2 years minimum as head bakery or similar (high recommended)
• Drive licence ( not essential) but very helpful
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices is a plus
• must be creative working on is own
