Position Overview:

We are looking for dependable and experienced Dough Makers / Bakers / Cake Decorators to join our growing team. These positions plays a key role in daily production of breads, donuts, pastries, and custom cakes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix dough for breads, rolls, and donuts
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• Bake products to company quality standards
• Decorate cakes (buttercream, basic borders, writing, simple designs)
• Assist with custom cake orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous bakery experience preferred
• Experience with dough mixing and scratch baking
• Cake decorating experience recommended
• Early morning availability
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Team player with positive attitude
• Initiative, time management and problem solving skills
