Responsibilities

• Wrap and package baked goods with care, ensuring they meet presentation and quality standards
• Prepare baked items for display or shipment by following recipes and food handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as wrapping machines, scales, and basic baking tools safely and efficiently
• Assist in dough preparation, cake decorating, or other food prep tasks as needed during high-volume production periods
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all products are safe for consumption
• Support the team in maintaining a tidy environment by cleaning workstations regularly and adhering to sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Prior experience in food production, bakery operations, or catering environments is highly preferred
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with dough preparation or pastry techniques are a plus
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing quantities accurately
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality and presentation
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude to collaborate effectively with team members
• Previous experience in bakery or restaurant settings demonstrates culinary experience and customer service awareness

Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour
